Q: How can I make a booking?
A: Firstly, you have to enter the check-in and check-out date to see the available hotels. A complete lists of available hotels will be shown with their overview and starting rates. You can then make your booking by clicking the "Book Now" button and the easy sequential instructions will follow.
Q: I do not have a definite check-in date yet, how can i check hotels?
A: You can still check hotels by ticking the box next to the "No definite date yet." a full lists of our hotels will show along with their overview, you can only see the rates once you have entered your check-in date.
Q: What does the rate include?
A: Once you have clicked a particular room it will mention if taxes, services fee and breakfast are included. Additionally, the facilities listed under the specific room type are included in the room rate.
Q: I want to change my reservation, how do I do that?
A: After each reservation, a unique code will be sent to you via mobile or e-mail, click the "My Bookings" and enter the code given to you. A complete options will show, click "Manage Reservation" and you will be able to change the details. Any change will subject to the hotel's policy and availability.
Q: I do not have a credit card, can I still make an online reservation?
A: In order to guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card is needed. However we have some hotels which may accept reservations without any guarantee, please e-mail us for more details.
Q: Can I use others' credit card to guarantee my booking?
A: Yes, provided that you have the permission from the credit card holder, please mention in the special request the complete name of the card holder.
Q: How do I pay my reservation?
A: Your credit card will only serve as a guarantee of your reservation, however you will only pay the hotel upon checking in via cash or credit card.
Q: How can I cancel my reservation?
A: It is important to read the cancellation policy of the hotel before making a reservation as this will be strictly applied if you wish to cancel your reservation irregardless of the reason.
Q: How will I know the hotel's contact information?
A: The hotel's complete contact information such as telephone number, address and e-mail will be shown upon successfully making your reservation, you can check it anytime under "My Bookings" using your unique code.
Q: I want a babycot and extra mattress, how do I include that?
A: A complete lists of free and paid services and facilities will be shown below a specific room type. You can then select the additional facilities you want to avail, extra charges may apply.
Q: I am doing a same-day reservation, is it possible?
A: Yes it is possible, in this scenario you have to be really careful in encoding your details especially the credit card information as we will not have the ample time to contact you for any mistake and error, we may not be able to process your reservation if such cases occured.
